Today we are looking for a Java developer to work on a CRM system that optimizes the company's internal business processes related to marketing and improving customer service. The system allows you to effectively manage the company's sales, its customer base, track and automate the stages of interaction between the sales department employees and customers. The system is created not only for the needs of the company, but also potentially becomes a commercial product. Working on this project is an opportunity to take a leading position in the team, to become a leading developer, and in the future to grow into a project leader. Requirements: - Java development experience from 1.5 - 2 years; - Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate; - Experience with MySQL database; - Good soft skills, active life position; - Desire to grow professionally, to solve architectural issues. It will be a plus: Intermediate level of English. The development processes are well established, using Scrum, iterations for 2 weeks, planning and retrospectives.
