IT/IP Lawyer in AB Games

We are looking for a lawyer who will independently conduct agreements with platforms, deal with licenses and protection of the company's intellectual property, and also close compliance in Europe and the United States for working with personal data. ## You will: * work with platforms (Appstore, Google Play Store, Windows Store, Facebook); * conduct licensed work related to the development and release of games; * deal with issues related to the intellectual property of the company, incl. IP protection; * accompany the registration of trade marks in different countries, engage in their audit, protection; * deal with issues of compliance in the field of personal data under the GDPR and US law; * inform business about the impact of new legislation in its direction; * ensure the compliance of the business with the current legislation within the framework of its direction; * work with outsourcing lawyers from Europe and the USA as needed. ## Required: * more than 2 years of experience in the game development industry and with platforms; * knowledge and experience of working with legislation on the protection of personal data in Europe, USA; * English level Advanced (C1); ## It will be a plus: * love to play games; ## We offer: * to join the company that creates the best free-to-play HOPA game in the world; * interesting tasks; * decent level of payment; * comfortable office in the city center near the Mariinsky Park overlooking the Dnieper for inspiration; * paid training and participation in specialized events.
