IT System Administrator in Eco Energy World

✅ IT System Administrator                     

                Support staff in a variety of day-to-day IT related tasks across different offices globally.  

• Set up equipment and accounts for new staff including purchasing laptops, Apple MacBook and Microsoft Surface, creating the accounts and installing the required software  

• Induct new staff onboarding and staff offboarding  

• Support the team with the Microsoft 365 package including Office 2021, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint  

• Set up hardware and software for virtual meetings i.e. MS Teams and Zoom  

• Manage and maintain licenses for solar PV development software i.e. PV Syst and PV Design  

• Asist the team with the latest online project management tools (i.e. Monday, Asana, …)  

• Support and maintain the company virtual storage data rooms and software  

• Manage, control, and update the company website (CRM Training will be provided by the Website developers)  

• Protecting our accounts and equipment with Antivirus/Internet Security Software  

• Maintain laptops and IT equipment inventory  

• Create and develop integration between internal systems
