LLC "Space-Group" is looking for an IT Sales Manager.
Required skills:
- Fluent verbal and written English and Ukrainian
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extraordinary communication skills
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Experience in Account Management/Sales/Customer support, preferably in IT sphere, from 1 year
Main responsibilities:
- Developing and keeping positive and trustfull relationships with existing customers;
- Negotiating with customers, defining their needs and business pain-points;
- Communication with the existing customer base as well as attracting new contacts;
- Take part in pre-sale process;
- Praparing statistics and reporting on each active client;
- Records keeping and maintaining internal CRM;
- Handle all paperwork concerning agreements with customers;
- Communicate tightly with Project Management and BA teams.
