Обов’язки

• Search and attraction for new clients and their support;
• Work with UpWork, LinkedIn, etc;
• Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms;
• Business communications and negotiation with current and potential clients;
• Identify priority positions and drive staffing of them with the respective recruiters, delivery managers, account managers, resource managers, internal mobility and other staffing coordinators;
• Maintain data, statistics, and report on each active client;
• Report on weekly and monthly progress.
