What do you need from you:
- work experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
- understanding the specifics of the IT market (preferably at least minimal experience in filling IT vacancies);
- experience of a full recruiting cycle (from application to offer);
- experience in filling vacancies of different levels and profiles;
- possession of various search tools for candidates;
- higher education / recruiting courses;
- laptop and good internet connection;
What will you need to do:
- work in the full cycle of recruiting, its development and improvement;
- search for candidates using various search channels;
- conducting telephone and online interviews with candidates;
- preparation of comments on the results of the interview;
- communicating with customers and receiving feedback on candidates;
- maintaining a database of candidates in CRM Bitrix24;
- preparation of the necessary analytics for vacancies.
