The most important task is to fill vacancies as accurately and quickly as possible :) To do this, you will need to expand networking, establish communication with TL teams to accurately determine business needs, evaluate candidates' soft-skills using methods such as STAR / PARLA, metaprograms, Cases and, finally, carry out the full cycle of recruiting a specialist: from search to offer. It is important for us that you - Have a successful experience in the IT niche from a year; - I was determined to have an effective dialogue with the customer: based on the results of the technical assignment, I was able to accurately identify the main qualities that are necessary for the ideal candidate; - I had experience working with various websites and social networks; knew where to look for specialists in certain areas; - Was ready for a lot of work: a stream of chats, letters and, of course, interviews; - I could see in each specialist his potential and knew how to profitably present it to the customer; - He was able to work with various methods of assessing the personal qualities of candidates.
