Main responsibilities: - Recruiting (hunting) personnel (Outsource, Outstaff) - Managing the full recruitment cycle - Negotiating with clients and candidates - Organizing interviews of selected candidates with the employer - Accompanying a specialist at a new place of work. Requirements: -Good knowledge of various recruitment practices, interview process -Excellent networking skills, good communication, presentation, negotiation skills -Ability to work both independently and in a team -Experience with direct search methods, recruiting and hunting tools -Strong communication and presentation skills - 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
