IT Recruiter in Zazmic

We are looking for a recruiter for the Zazmic team! We work with a wide stack of technologies, so you can communicate with a large number of developers. You will have the opportunity to gain experience from the best recruiters from Ukraine, South America and Asia. You will have no restrictions on finding candidates within one location or city. For beginners (beginners) in recruiting we have a program of training and adaptation, with each newcomer (beginner) will work an experienced mentor. You can not worry - we will stand behind you mountain. What we expect from you: - understanding of the IT market of Ukraine - taking courses in IT recruitment - good knowledge of channels and tools for finding candidates - desire to develop (improve your skills) ### It will be a plus - English will help you take part in rallies , with our customers and colleagues from the USA - it will be cool if you can brag about the results of your work local conferences and courses - English classes - individual development plan - LinkedIn Premium and other search tools - individual work schedule - the ability to work from anywhere in the world - no tight controls, analyst and complete freedom ### Responsibilities - Search for candidates middle - senior level using Linkedin, UpWork, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc. - Conducting screening with candidates - Organizing and conducting a technical interview with a Zazmic specialist
