Our team has been successfully practicing external recruiting for more than 10 years. There are a large number of contracts for closing IT positions in different programming languages (product companies and outsourcing international companies in Europe and the USA).

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team.

Requirements:

- Upper-Intermediate level of English - both verbal and written.

- From 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house.

- Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels.

- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry.

- Good knowledge of recruitment tools (Boolean search, X-ray).

- Superior verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- We welcome creativity and proactive.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process with the ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates.

- Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks and other resources.

- Coordinating and organization of technical and customer interviews.

- Coordinating testing when necessary for candidates.

- Database accounting.
