IT Recruiter in NDA

Your responsibilities will include:

• Office work Mon-Fri, 9:00-19:00 (4 coffee breaks + lunch);

• Preparation of vacancies and their publication;

• Market analysis, definition of search strategy;

• Conducting initial interviews;

• Presentation of the company and vacancies;

• Maintaining contact with candidates;

• Maintaining an internal database of candidates;

• Making appointments;

• Maintaining internal reporting, database, documentation.

Candidate wishes:

• Experience in closing vacancies in the fields of Crypto/Forex/Gambling from 1 year;

• Understanding what professional skills the people you will be interviewing should have (AFF, Media Buyer, Traffic Manager, CPA Manager, etc.);

• Ability to work with LinkedIn Recruiter / X-ray, knowledge and use of other recruiting tools is welcome;

• Responsibility, goodwill, resistance to stress.

Will be an advantage:

• Hunting skills;

• Experience in closing technical vacancies;

• Knowledge of English at level B2.
