Requirements for a candidate:

• experience in IT recruiting is required - from 0.5-1+ years;
• understanding of the process of selecting candidates for vacancies;
• Experience in working with different areas / vacancies;
• experience of independent filling of middle/senior level vacancies;
• English at the level of basic communication;
• focus on the result, not on the process;
• attention to detail;
• Experience in a recruiting agency would be a plus.

Responsibilities as a Freelance Recruiter:

• search for candidates for vacancies;
• communication with the candidate, conducting the initial selection;
• sending resumes of candidates with a cover letter for consideration by the client and accompanying the candidate at all stages of the selection.
