IT Recruiter in BizTech

Your Responsibilities:

•Create and maintain job descriptions, and monitor the job postings for open positions

•Source, screen and engage with the candidates in recruitment pipeline for various IT positions

•Design, prioritize and improve recruitment channels, processes and strategies for fulfilling the positions efficiently

•Support new hires with the visa and relocation process as needed

•Ensure the positive candidate experience and great Employer Branding

•Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on various subjects

•Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

•Manage schedules and deadlines for recruitment processes

Your profile:

•At least 2 years of IT recruiting experience primarily for tech companies

•General understanding of most common IT areas, frameworks and languages for recruitment proposes like: Frontend (JavaScript, React, Vue), Backend (Java, Python, Node), DevOps (AWS, GCP, Azure), Product (Design Sprint, UX)

•Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

•A trustworthy communication with excellent active listening and social skills

•Excellent stakeholder management skills with candidates, hiring managers, clients and partners

•Able to express yourself clearly in English, Ukrainian and Russian

•Able to priorities well between tasks to meet deadlines on time
