IT recruiter About the Company: Product company About the position: The candidate will be part of the IT Transformation project team to launch new technologies with dedicated innovative resources. Now a recruiting department is being formed, and several vacancies have been opened for an IT recruiter. Area of responsibility: - Search for IT specialists of different levels - Management and execution of the full recruiting cycle - Analysis of the candidates' market, salaries - Management of the selection process in cooperation with agencies Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in the selection of IT personnel (from search to hiring, full cycle) - Good knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market. - Experience in self-closing Middle and Senior level positions - Basic understanding of software development roles and technologies. - Excellent networking skills, strong communication and negotiation skills. - Good knowledge and proficiency in search and selection tools.
