IT Project Manager (e-Commerce, SaaS) in Evergreen

You can have both e-commerce or only SaaS projects under management, and mix. ** Requirements: ** * Work experience in a similar position of at least 2 years is required; * understanding the mechanics and business of e-commerce, participation in projects for the development and support of modern e-commerce in general will be a huge plus. Likewise with SaaS. * experience of working with projects on Agile (Scrum) methodology - projects carried out "from A to Z" by you personally; * experience of work on Waterfall projects is desirable; * use of planning and accounting tools (Jira \ Redmine, MS Project \ Gantt chart, planning backlogs, sprints); * good technical base for free communication with performers; * the ability to effectively build communication with the customer and performers; * experience in operational management of the development team at all stages - design, layout, development, QA, delivery; * use of time management techniques (effective management of yourself and your time); * financial control skills (the ability to work according to fixed price and time & materials models, knowledge of the principles of hourly valuation, the ability to compare plan-fact); * personal qualities: sociability, consistency, self-motivation, leadership qualities * Candidates at the selection stage will be asked to give answers to cases ** Your goals in a team: ** * work in a multi-project environment, at the same time there can be 4-5 projects in work * project management from the beginning to delivery to the Customer, further technical support and revision of projects; * responsibility for terms and budget; in return, you get authority - you can initiate changes in the processes in the company, introduce innovations, etc. to get the best results; * communication with customers: correspondence, skype, meetings; * interaction with the development team (setting tasks, monitoring implementation, participating in load planning) ** Working with us you will receive: ** * An office in the most colorful district of Kiev, in Podil.
