IT Project Manager in YURIYA-PHARM

The purpose of the position: support and improvement of existing B2B projects (unique custom solution, CRM - LOW-CODE PLATFORM) and their integration into the internal infrastructure of the company (1C, CRM, etc.) The candidate must have the skills: • Experience in IT projects with custom solutions; • Analytical abilities; • Ability to work with DBMS (SQL-Excel); • Know the essence of Back End and Front End development; • Experience in IT product management; • Ability to work in a team; • Technical documentation skills. Functional responsibilities: • Coordination of team work, setting tasks in task management systems (Slack, Jira, Wrike), monitoring tasks and adjusting the plan, functional testing, reporting / presentations; • Setting a technical task for the project for design, layout, programming; • Analysis of existing Internet products according to key KPIs (sales plan / fact, dynamics of active customers, conversions, registration of new customers, registration for events, etc.), initiation of improvements / changes in the product or business processes to improve performance and generate additional revenue; • Analysis of the usability of the product interface using web analytics services (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yandex Metrics), processing tasks to improve the website based on customer voice and web analytics, implementation of improvement; • Preparation of interim and final reports on projects and their presentation to senior managers; • Organizing and conducting online events; • Automation of processes after project start; • Collection, segmentation, analysis and documentation of business requirements within the project / task; • Maintenance and configuration of the software product; • Debugging the system and training users on the work of software • Writing instructions / recommendations; • Elimination of technical and non-technical problems that arise in users when working with software.
