IT Project Manager in Job Advice Agency

🔎 The sphere of web and mobile applications. Team: PM, Head of R&D, Business Unit Manager, 2 line PMs. Most often, short-term projects (half a year for development), but there are several long-term 2-3 projects that will be assigned to a specialist. The team has an average of 5-7 people.

Currently moving to Scrum (with Kanban)

The business center is located on the Vasylkivska metro station (starlink and generator).

Candidate requirements:

• Real experience of working as a project manager in IT from 2 years;
• Work experience in outsourcing companies;
• Experience building a team from 0;
• Understanding and experience of using IT project management frameworks (Scrum/Scrumban/Kanban);
• Strong leadership and communication skills;
• Knowledge of stacks and frameworks;
• Upper intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Plan projects, resources, budgets;
• Create project teams;
• Organize all stages of the SDLC;
• Manage project risks;
• Monitor, analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics of projects and promptly make managerial decisions (We work with such metrics, for example: financial metrics, number of bugs on the demo);
• .Formation of accounts and control of receivables.

✅Main requirements:

• experience in project management from 2+ years;
• English Upper Intermediate.

✅Stages of the interview:

1. screen with the recruiter with those questions up to 45 minutes

2. technique plus HR 1.5 hours

3. final with CEO and Head of R&D, HRM 1−1, 5 hours
