We are a rapidly growing startup in the iGaming industry, focused on expanding our global operations. We are seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager with strong experience in iGaming and offshore licenses to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our company remains compliant across various jurisdictions while supporting our global expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Entity Management:

 - Assist in the establishment of legal entities in various jurisdictions worldwide.

 - Manage the process of opening and maintaining company bank accounts across different regions.

 - Ensure that all corporate structures are set up in compliance with local and international regulations.

- Contract Management:

 - Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with partners, ensuring all terms align with the company’s best interests.

 - Provide legal advice on various contracts and agreements, including partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.

- Licensing & Compliance:

 - Handle the application process for iGaming licenses, particularly offshore licenses, ensuring that all requirements are met.

 - Keep the company updated on changes in legal regulations within the iGaming industry and ensure compliance.

 - Liaise with regulatory bodies, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to secure and maintain necessary licenses and approvals.

- General Legal Support:

 - Provide day-to-day legal support to various departments within the company, addressing legal queries and concerns.

 - Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures to ensure company-wide compliance.

 - Assist in risk management by identifying potential legal issues and recommending solutions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in legal roles within the iGaming industry, with a focus on offshore licenses.

- Understanding of global legal frameworks and compliance requirements related to iGaming.

- Experience in establishing legal entities and managing bank accounts across different jurisdictions.

- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and independently, handling complex requests with minimal supervision.

- Strong networking skills and the ability to leverage connections to navigate complex legal and regulatory landscapes.

- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Salary range is between 1,200 USD to 3,000 USD depending on the level and experience. Tasks may vary based on the level.
