Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a BA in IT service, outsource, or outstaff companies
- Proficiency in English (B2 and above) with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
- Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx. 3-4 simultaneously)
- Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
- Experience in pre-sales activities.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Provide project support
- Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams
- Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes
- Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)
- Participate in Scrum activities.
