The Academy of IT Recruiters has been created on the basis of our agency. The mission of the Academy is to give a beginner specialist an opportunity to gain practical experience in filling vacancies and to understand more deeply in the field of IT recruiting.

We have training available for the Intern IT Sourcer vacancy, with the possibility of employment!

How is the training going:

Theory (2 weeks) ➜ DZ ➜ exam (in the form of a test) ➜ Onboarding (preparatory week) ➜ Practice (3 months).

As a result of passing the practical part of closing vacancies to several of the best Interns, we will be ready to make a job offer and invite them to the “Rock-IT” team!

We can guarantee that after training you can easily earn from 200 to 600 usd for one closed vacancy! And the aggregate monthly income of an effective Sorter is from 1000 usd. It all depends only on you and your efficiency!

What is important:

You must have at least 30 hours a week to work (6 hours / day from Mon-Fri).

During training, our curators will help you effectively build your remote work!

What are the main responsibilities:

• search for candidates for vacancies in the agency database, social networks, specialized forums;
• communication with the candidate, conducting the initial selection;
• sending candidates' CVs for consideration to the client and accompanying the candidate at all stages of the selection ..
