Requirements: Valid HTML5, CSS2.1-3 (block layout, understanding of BEM methodology) Good knowledge of Jade preprocessors (pug), SASS (SCSS) js basics + jquery (ability to use jquery plugins and everything from jquery ui is required) Knowledge of layout features for various browsers (IE11 +, ...) Photoshop at the level of cutting the site Gulp, Git ...
