Together Networks is looking for an experienced People Partner. Together Networks is a worldwide leader in the online dating niche with millions of users across more than 45 countries. The company’s sites work on 5 platforms and attract 3.6 million new users every month. The area of responsibility • developing and introducing policies, procedures, regulations in the HR • full HR support such as: • onboarding of new specialists (office and remote); • holding reviews after the probation periods, involvement in the process of the regular performance reviews; • regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement; • retention; • participating in dismissal processes, analytics and decision making; • participating in organization of internal events and other corporate activities; • analyze trends and metrics with the HR department; • help automate HR processes in company; • consulting managers connected to HR questions; • creating the best working conditions for employees; • creating and strengthening a company’s culture; • carticipating in different internal HR projects; • helping us design and deliver internal and external communication campaigns. You need to have (required): • 2+ years of Successful experience in HR; • strong communication and interpersonal skills; • strong decision-making skills; • you will need to be data-driven and analytical; • we expect you as result-oriented; • ability to work in a changing environment.
