Required skills - 2+ experience in HR IT, engaged in (adaptation, L&D, employee engagement & retantion, separation). - Successful experience in building, organizing and implementing HR processes in the company. - Experience in building a personnel training and development system. - Experience in developing and conducting trainings and master classes. - Experience with the employer's brand. - Experience in conducting satisfaction surveys. - Experience in building internal communication channels.
