The company is growing and we are opening a competition for the position of HR People Partner with knowledge of the English language in the Call Center.

• You speak English at the upper-intermediate level and above;
• You have experience in HR from 1 year;
• You have experience working with teams from different geos;
• You have experience working with performance indicators: staff retention and eNPS.

Main tasks:

• Work with eNPS employees of Asia, Latin America and Europe;
• Improvement of the staff motivation process (remote work format of employees);
• Search for effective tools to maintain and support the team;
• Development and implementation of the employee retention program;
• Development of processes and strategies for the adaptation of employees of all levels (taking into account the hybrid format of work);
• Working with layoff policies in the company;
• Conducting regular 1:1 meetings;
• Conducting a performance review - organization of the process from the beginning and implementation control.
