What will you do?
-Carry out onboarding, offboarding, one-on-one
-Conduct regular monitoring of the employee adaptation process
-Participate in the recruitment cycle, respond in a timely manner to organizational changes, employee needs and requests, offering solutions
-Participate in staff assessment
-Create analytical reports, conduct surveys and HR research
-Provide information and consulting support
-Participate in improving other processes
