- Experience in organizing various events for the team from concept to implementation of educational, entertainment, team building, etc .;

- Ability to work effectively in a fast, multitasking environment and adapt to dynamic business requirements;

- IT networking and the desire to expand it, be able to find talented people and connect with them;

- High level of self-discipline, independence, responsibility and focus on results;

- Competent oral and written speech, attention to detail;

- Knowledge of modern technologies in the field of recruitment and search channels for IT specialists;

- Critical view of their work and openness to direct feedback.

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

- Experience in organizing corporate training, student internships / internships, launching educational courses, training for team members;

- Experience in automation of hr-processes and recruitment processes;
