What will you do:
- Formation of HR strategy for the implementation of the company's business strategy;
- Management of the talent attraction process and organization of the full recruitment cycle;
- Personal closing of vacancies using the best recruitment practices (50% of working time);
- Support of managers at all stages of the Employee Life Cycle;
- Development of effective onboarding and its introduction into the company's culture;
- Management of the HR administration function;
- Participation in the formation of the organizational structure of the company;
- Participation in the development and implementation of motivation systems;
- Conducting eNPS and engagement surveys;
- Creating a personnel training plan;
- Support of managers in solving complex and delicate issues in teams;
- Development of the employer brand, support of the company's reputation as the best employer;
- Participation in global business initiatives;
- Organization of team building.
Required experience and skills:
- Passion for HR and love for recruiting;
- Understanding of talent management, recruiting, business management and organizational strategy;
- Work experience of 2 years or more in the position of HR Generalist, HR Manager, HRBP in international companies;
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of practical application of the best HR practices and trends;
- Ability to adapt to cultural characteristics and national mentality of candidates in different countries;
- Practical experience and in-depth knowledge in evaluating candidates;
- English at Intermediate level;
- Basic knowledge and experience of Performance Review;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment;
- Ability to work independently and strong decision-making skills.
