Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel)
• Experience in administrative work would be an asset
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn new things
• Ability to work in a team
• At least Intermediate level of English – both spoken and written

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of employee’s personal files, documents, and reports
• Support the maintenance of employee and organizational data
• Administrative support of HR process
