At Printful, we achieve excellence because of our people. That’s why we’re looking for a team-oriented Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our growing HR Team. In this role, you’ll put your administrative and strategic thinking skills to work by helping us plan and run important functions like staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Helping develop personnel procedures and policies and providing guidance to other teams for implementation
  • Assisting in developing HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports
  • Assisting in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
  • Suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the HR Team, company, and employee experience
  • Ensuring compliance with HR regulations and employment laws and updating materials as needed
  • Advising team members on employee relations matters
  • What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed

Having the following will be an advantage:

  • Prior experience working on an HR Team
  • Knowledge of the Workday HR system
  • Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations
  • HR certification and additional training
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
