Duties
- Set up all HR processes in the company;
- Create the right long-term strategy for the development and growth of the company;
- Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing needs
- Capable of translating business priorities into HR programs, processes and initiatives that drive value and meet the business needs;
- Serves as first point of contact and first line communications to managers and supervisors regarding general human resources related questions/issues providing accurate and appropriate information or guidance, or escalate as appropriate;
- Staff each team with quality, strong candidates, and ensure that weak candidates are not delayed;
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to craft job descriptions and identify staffing requirements;
- Recommends new approaches, ideas and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the HR department and the services performed;
- Control the order, discipline, motivation and relationships of specialists in the team;
Must have:
A strategic thinker and creative problem solver who takes initiative and ownership.
English B2+.
Demonstrated business acumen, organizational savvy, judgment and decision making.
5+ years’ experience in HR including at least 2 years working as an HR Business Partner.
Self-starter with creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results.
Experience working in a matrixed HR department with demonstrated collaboration & teaming skills.
