Head of Software Development in Idea Bank

REQUIREMENTS:

• experience in software development for at least 3 years;
• knowledge of Agile, Scram, Waterfall project management methodologies and frameworks;
• knowledge and understanding of the full software development cycle;
• skills of work in GitLab on consolidation of projects and formation of the final project;
• project management skills in Redmine or similar system;
• understanding of banking processes;
• availability of successfully implemented projects;
• knowledge and understanding of programming languages C #, Net.Core, MS SQL, Net Framework, WCF;
• understanding of microservice architecture;
• ability to operate processes.

THIS WILL BE A PLUS:

• knowledge of Oracle, PostgreeSQL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• management of the software development department;
• assessment of vehicles coming from the business, their analysis, division into sub-tasks and transfer to contractors;
• control over the implementation of tasks;
• management and implementation of projects, their consolidation of projects on GitLab;
• understanding and maintaining the architectural model of their own generated software;
• providing advice in software development.
