Key Responsibilities
Build, coach, and manage a sales team to drive revenue and profitability
Have the ability to support rep in closing or close deals themselves at $50k+ ACV
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with other departments, especially Marketing, and Product, to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process
Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in selling Martech or other data products in international markets
Closed deals in the US market
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience building and managing an SDR function
Education and Skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in sales forecasting and the ability to set targets and goals for the sales team
Understand the end-to-end sales cycle in B2B SaaS, including international markets
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
