Head of Payments in Currency

**Responsibilities:** * Manage a portfolio of industry leading payment partnerships * Identify & develop relationships with key solution partners (acquiring and treasury) * Identify and develop new offerings to collaborate with our partners to drive industry leadership and new business opportunities * Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal teams (including risk, compliance, product, finance) on maintain and improve the partnership * Negotiate contracts and close agreements * Monitor acceptance/decline rates and manage cascading system * Identify countries specific payments setup * Optimise money flow to minimise costs (FX, fees, etc) and maximise acceptance rates **Requirements:** * Relevant work experience in the financial services industry - you need to know people and companies * Good understanding the needs of payments infrastructure for high-risk businesses - 6051 and 6012 should ring the bell * Exceptional communication skills - you’ll negotiate a lot including with C-Level * Ability to manage many different stakeholders with, at times, competing priorities - you’ll need to coordinate complex cascading systems for multiple legal entities * Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities * Fluency in English – a must.
