Duties
● Formation of the department's development strategy, management, and development of the team of payment managers.
● Building long-term relationships with representatives of payment providers.
● Obtaining the best conditions from payment providers. Signing agreements with payment system providers, as well as output, release, and support of the method at a high level.
● Regular research of top payment methods for targeting geo, full-fledged output with full payment portfolio for the necessary market.
● Analysis and improvement of payment flow within accountable brands.
● Cash flow optimization to reduce commissions.
● Arranging support on financial issues, uploading processing history for reconciliation, audit, or at the provider's request.
● Communication with providers regarding method failures, unsuccessful transactions, and poor payment processing.
● Communication with the Legal Department concerning onboarding of payment methods.
● Analyzing key performance indicators of the Payment Department.
