International iGaming company working on a Curacao licensed online casino project with focus on Brazilian market, is looking for a creative, hands-on digital marketing professional to lead B2C Marketing division.

ROLE OBJECTIVE


You will take over all initial marketing operations and build up Marketing team to develop and implement B2C marketing, communication and branding strategies based on company’s guidelines and your business initiatives.


Product Marketing:


  • Design Website UI/UX, product and banners together with designers and developers.
  • Develop and optimize Bonus System, Tournaments, etc.
  • Define Content Marketing together with SEO specialists and copywriters.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.


Customer Acquisition:


Working with Acquisition and CRM experts you will design and implement Acquisition strategy:


  • Define acquisition structure, budget allocation, non-standard traffic acquisition channels.
  • Create and implement e-mail marketing strategy, design of Promo materials etc.
  • Implement SMM content marketing strategy and lead Influencer campaigns.
  • Optimize programs for transitioning players through their life stages, convey right messages and deliver right experience to players to maintain profitable revenue.
  • Implement Retention strategy, customer engagement campaigns, in-product marketing plans, promo materials etc.


Affiliate Marketing: (in cooperation with Affiliate Marketing department)


  • Secure revenue growth through partnerships channels, ensure solid support and communication with all affiliates and partners.
  • Develop partnerships for revenue growth and ROI, outline KPI’s and provide consistent reporting for all marketing campaigns.


Media Buying activities


  • Supervise the Media Buying department to deliver high converting campaigns.
  • Continuously measure ROI and KPIs, conduct budget proposals.


Marketing Analytics:


  • Produce and utilize in-depth analytic reports to improve performance.


Essential Experience


  • 4+ years in digital marketing role in online gaming/casino industry.
  • Solid experience of working on Curacao license and implementing marketing in unregulated markets.
  • Experience of building up complex brand from scratch, including technical campaigns, market entry initiatives, managing and operations.
  • Proven experience in Traffic Acquisition and Affiliate partnership.
  • Ability to scale GGR (NGR) of the project as well as ROI
  • Solid knowledge of online advertising, ad-serving technologies and tracking infrastructure, social networks, search engines and mobile tech (WebView/iOS/Android applications).
  • Confident skills in dashboards and tools, principles of processing and compilation of different sources and formats of data.
  • GKnowledge of SSP and Rich Media, SEO, CPA, PPC, LTV, FTD etc.
  • Excellent English skills, project management, reporting and analytical skills.
