Responsibilities:
- Be fully responsible for the number of active customers and online casino products.
- Define and implement strategy for casino products, casino marketing strategy (including, banner management, game positioning, promotional visibility, bonus spending budget).
- Coordinate with the marketing department to prepare and produce content and materials.
- Analyze, compare and source existing, potential or alternative content providers.
- Negotiating, developing and organizing promotions.
- Regularly analyze competitor activities related to product development, promotion and positioning.
- Track the effectiveness of casino content and continuously optimize it for local markets.
- Track player behavior and trends in the casino product vertical.
- Work closely with the development, marketing, support team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the casino and gaming services team, managing the workload of individual employees and ensuring projects are delivered in line with business expectations.
- Evaluating and improving new features and functionality in casino products.
- Prepare monthly reports to determine positioning of high-value sites and focus points for CRM campaigns.
Required Skills:
- 3 years or more experience in a Head of casino position.
- Proven ability in online casino management.
- Deep understanding of casino and live casino product and their development process.
- Excellent understanding of the casino ecosystem, customers and their needs.
- Project management skills and excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of player behavior, segmentation and VIP management.
- Hands-on self-starter, organized, innovative and solution-oriented.
