Head of Affiliate in Cola Games

Who are we looking for:

- Experience with CPA, RS, Hybrid, Fixed models

- Experience in gambling/betting from 3 years (Geo: India, Canada, LatAm, Africa and other countries will be a plus)

- Knowledge of traffic sources used by webmasters

- Knowledge of sources to search for affiliates (webmasters)

- The ability to evaluate the traffic that comes in. Distinguish quality from quantity

What will need to be done:

- Launching a gambling and betting project through affiliate marketing: connecting CPA networks, integrating offers into an affiliate network, purchasing and analyzing incoming traffic

- Control of payments, checking the display of the correctness of advertising

- Search for webmasters and their management. Negotiating with partners to increase traffic volumes

- Working with Product Manager to optimize incoming traffic conversion, affiliate software integration

- Defining a traffic buying strategy (Full affiliate or together with media buying)

- Development of bonus programs and promotions to attract new partners and retain current partners

Will be a plus:

- Analytics and work with Big Data

- Experience in launching gambling projects in a team from scratch

- Experience as a media buyer
