If you are result-oriented and want to work in a well-coordinated team on interesting projects - we are looking for you. ** Tasks: ** * Development of the vision of the game (genre, setting, core mechanics, basic core loop, etc.); * Level design; * Development of the balance of the game; * Development of UX game interfaces; * Development of game logic, elaboration of the concept, creation and maintenance of design documentation; * Interaction with artists and programmers. ** Requirements for the candidate: ** * Work experience as a Game Designer at least 3 years in F2P projects (casual / midcore); * Availability of released projects in the portfolio; * Ability to clearly express thoughts in writing (presence of GD documentation in the portfolio); * Ability to decompose game mechanics; * Knowledge of English Upper intermediate; * Excellent knowledge of the functionality of google tables; * Experience in running a project in google tables (building settings, confident knowledge of formulas); * Maintaining system documentation; * Experience in developing game balance; * Experience in using the task tracking system. ** It will be a plus: ** * Broad outlook and erudition in the field of computer games, great gaming experience; * Availability of a portfolio in the form of concepts or design documents; * Understanding the basic principles of building user interfaces; * Mathematical education; * Experience in Unity 3D; * Writing basic scripts in google tables; * Great play in casual games; * Experience in developing monetization. ** Working conditions: ** * Probationary period - 3 months; * Professional and personal development; * Competitive salary; * Willingness to complete the test task; * Monthly team activities; * Paid vacation (24 days); * Paid sick leave; * Free work schedule (8-hour working day); * Ideal workspace; * Office 10 minutes walk from the metro; * Cookies, fruits and drinks; * Ability to work remotely during a pandemic.
