FullStack Developer (Golang / JS) in Postindustria

To strengthen our team in Europe, we are looking for a Fullstack developer with experience in Golang development , or consider a FullStack developer with experience in any server-side programming language and a desire to change your stack to Golang . You will have time to adapt and immerse yourself in the work.

Project:

MarTech product. Its main idea is to provide the easiest-to-use tools for analyzing customer site activity and content effectiveness. The system includes both tracking key activity with its subsequent analysis and content intelligence. Content intelligence, in turn, includes information about the power of content, user interests, a system of widgets with relevant content recommendations based on pre-collected information about user interests, and so on.

Team:

Distributed and consists of FullStack Developers, QAA Engineer and Technical Project Manager. To ensure the most comfortable delivery process, we have created an environment in which the team influences both the timing and the ways of performing tasks.

Technologies on the project:

API and most of the product are written in Golang. Dashboard and visualizations are mostly on Svelte. The main data storage is ElasticSearch. Almost all the infrastructure in AWS. Docker.

Required skills:

- high level of knowledge of any server-side programming language (2+ years) and desire to switch to Golang;

- experience of back-end & front-end development of web applications;

- knowledge of JS (Svelte is used in the project);

- basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, assessment of their complexity;

- level of English: Intermediate.

Will be useful:

- ElasticSearch;

- experience in remote teams.

Priority tasks:

- work with the recommendation system, which reveals patterns in the ways of interaction of individual users with content, and on this basis offers new articles. The recommendation system will be gradually supplemented by features and, perhaps, more complex ways of generating recommendations;

- work to improve code quality - test coverage, minimization of technical debt, scalability, infrastructure improvements in order to meet ever-growing needs;

- expansion of existing functionality.
