Full Stack Team Lead in Leadsdoit

Our ideal candidate is a Full Stack Team Lead with experience working in startups.

We will complement each other perfectly if you:

• Development experience from 3 years.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing and coordinating technical teams (developers, testers, DevOps).
• Experience in designing software architectures.
• Experience in implementing complex projects.
• Knowledge of several programming languages. Our core stack is implemented in PHP
• Creative, positive and flexible approach to work, ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with a team, be a mentor, coordinate and motivate a team.
• Proactive approach to cooperation and problem solving. Both in terms of technologies and when working with people.

Our goals for the first six months of cooperation:

• Formation of the company's technical strategy, "roadmap" for its implementation. Coordination with technical teams and direct management.
• The strategy should describe the technologies, methodologies and processes that will enable the business to implement new functionality and launch new products relatively quickly. At the same time, do not be limited in the ability to change tactical goals.
• Implementation of practices that (if there are business goals) allow you to quickly implement technical solutions. At the same time, the quality of implementation should not be reduced.
• Practices have been implemented that allow for prompt elimination of technical failures that lead to service interruptions.

Main tasks:

• Formation, control and implementation of the technical strategy for all IT products of the company.
• Ensuring the necessary pace and quality of development at the highest possible level.
• Providing reliable architectural solutions, promoting best practices and processes.
• The choice of technologies, their financial and expert assessment. Evaluation of duration and labor intensity of projects.
• Technical review of new systems to ensure common errors are avoided and architectural vision is met.
• Providing day-to-day management of the team, including recruitment, training and development of employees, as well as managing their performance. Creation of a favorable environment for the innovation process, high productivity and quality.
