Duties

- Organization of the work of the unit (adjustment and optimization of processes).

- Organization and setup of management accounting.

- Planning and analysis of the financial activities of the enterprise.

- Formation of management budgeting reporting.

- Control of receivables and payables.

- Tax planning.

- Automation of management and accounting.

Must have:

- 5 years of experience as a CFO in a manufacturing company or retail.

- Higher education (finance, business economics).

- Experience in team management.

- Active role in the management and development of the enterprise.

- Ability and willingness to make management decisions.

- Experience in management, accounting and tax accounting at manufacturing enterprises.

- Experience in strategic and operational financial planning, budgeting.

- Conducting a financial analysis of the company's activities.

- Knowledge of the procedure for forming cost and distributing costs.

- Knowledge of 1C 8.3, BAS.

- Automation of management accounting.

Working conditions

- Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 (hybrid work format), Sat, Sun - days off.

- Office in the city center.

- Salary based on the results of the interview.
