ZED accountant (internal department) in EY (Ernst & Young)

EY invites internal of Finance Accountant of the Economic and Monetary Union, who will be responsible for accounting for the import of services, taxation of services rendered, will work with non-residents and support the procedure for obtaining bank guarantees.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting bank statements on foreign currency accounts, controlling the display of exchange rate differences
• Conducting sales transactions services to non-resident clients, issuing tax invoices for these transactions, identifying non-residents on certain grounds for further consideration with the so-called TCU
• Conducting services import operations
• Sending to the bank administrative messages on the receipt of foreign currency, scanned copies of contracts and invoices for crediting currency receipts and other ongoing communication with the bank as necessary
• Obtaining bank guarantees for participation in tenders and for the execution of contracts
• Obtaining certificates of residency status from tax authorities, obtaining apostilled certificates of residency status
• Submission of quarterly statistical reporting 9-ZEZ.

Requirements:

• English proficiency level - from B1 for correspondence, work with SAP, management of internal documentation
• Experience of working with accounting for the export of services and working with currency
• Sure knowledge of current legislation with currency regulation
• Knowledge of taxation of services
• Experienced user 1C8.3, Microsoft Office, M.E. Dok
• Higher education (accounting/economics/finance)
• Attention to details
• Ability to work in a team
