Performing operational monitoring of information systems in monitoring and administration systems (Zabbix, AppDynamics, SCOM).
Setting monitoring parameters in relevant systems.
Resolving appeals from regional offices and the central office.
Sending messages to administrators of systems under monitoring.
Creation of infrastructure incidents in the Omnitracker system.
Administration of monitoring systems and their operational support.
Working mode:
- Variable schedule:
Day shift: 09:00-18:00 or 08:00-17:00 (1 lunch break).
Night shift: 08:00-22:00 (2 lunch breaks).
This position requires:
Full higher education. We also consider students who study by correspondence or on an individual schedule.
Experience in IT support is desirable.
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Zabbix monitoring system.
