1+1 media invites a YouTube publisher who knows how to turn video content into a measurable result - an increase in views, audience retention and effective monetization of the channel.

You can contact us if you:

• have experience working with YouTube channels (1 year or more will be an advantage);
• deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, principles of CTR, SEO and analytics;
• can create headlines and descriptions that attract attention and stimulate viewing;
• have basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or can clearly form TOR for designer;
• understand the principles of A/B testing and content optimization;
• have experience working with television projects, series or shows (will be an advantage);
• responsible, organized, attentive to details and creative.

Together with the team, you will be engaged in:

• full optimization of video content: titles, descriptions, tags, SEO keys, timing of advertising breaks;
• creation and development of the YouTube community: posts, polls, interactives, support of audience activity;
• design of covers in Photoshop or preparation of technical tasks for the designer (covers, banners) in accordance with platform trends;
• control of video downloads, customization of playlists, end screens and cards;
• analysis of channel indicators, CTR, audience retention and formation of recommendations for growth;
• participation in testing formats, covers and titles to improve content effectiveness;
• ensuring the systematicity and quality of publications.
