Workshop master in VINSMAK, TOV

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a responsible master in the team who can effectively organize the work of the workshop and ensure the implementation of technological standards.

Main duties:

• Organization and control of compliance with the technological process at all stages of production - from the reception of raw materials to the release of finished products
• Rational use of raw materials, materials and equipment
• Mentoring of new employees (training, control, adaptation)
• Coordination of the work of shop personnel, assignment of tasks and monitoring of their execution
• Observance of sanitary and hygienic standards, rules of labor protection and safety techniques
• Management production reporting, journals, reports and other forms of primary accounting (product output, shortage, waste, etc.) work in food production
• Knowledge of the requirements of HACCP, ISO, TU, sanitary legislation.
• Understanding the technological processes of sterilization, packaging and storage of products.
• Ability to manage a team, resolve conflicts, maintain work discipline
• A confident PC user (Excel, Word)
