Workflow & Knowledge Business Analyst in Nestlé

As a Workflow & Knowledge Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in an international environment.You are:    A professional with at least 5 years of experience in cross-functional, multi-national marketing operations projects with a focus on collaboration and workflows; Experienced in managing and leading the project launch; Skilled in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Workfront or Sitecore; Confident in English on Advanced level (both written and verbal)   Creative/Media/Advertising agency experience would be a plus With you we will: Coordinate and align with stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure effective change management. Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical tasks, addressing expectations and resolving conflicting priorities Develop clear and concise technical documentation, including specifications, requirements, process documentation Ensure IT teams understand the functional requirements Conceptualize, design and continuously optimize ticketing structure for departments tasks and service requests Support technical implementation of ticketing structure in workflow tool Work closely with QA team to ensure that test cases are aligned with requirements.
