Main duties:

1. Maintaining office machinery and equipment in good condition(Ensuring smooth operation of office equipment, performing regular maintenance of equipment, diagnostics and troubleshooting of equipment).
2. Installation and configuration of software

(Operating systems and necessary software to user workstations, setting user profiles and access rights, implementing software updates.)

1. Solving issues with connecting to the network and the Internet:

(Diagnosis and elimination of problems with Internet access, organization and support of the cable and WI-FI network in the office.)

Our expectations from the candidate:

1. Work experience at similar position 2+.
2. Knowledge of network technologies and diagnostic skills

(understanding of the principles of operation of cable and wireless networks, operative solving network connection problems)

3. Operating system skills

(installation and configuration of Windows 10 operating systems /11, understanding the principles of OS and diagnosis of common ones problems in their functioning.)

4. Experience with office software

(Knowledge of authorization procedures and work in Microsoft 365.)

5. Ability to configure and maintain office equipment in in good condition. 

6. Software tuning skills. 

7. Experience in initial diagnosis and resolution of issues related to incorrect operation of equipment or programs.
