JOB DUTIES

• Implementation of technical and software support of IT systems;
• Reception and processing of requests from users by phone and in the Service Desk system;
• Maintenance of user workplaces, cash register area, related peripheral and trade equipment;

• Provision of methodical and technical and consulting assistance to the employees of the Center;
• Identification of user errors, software, work on their elimination;
• Support server, switching and telephone equipment;
• Technical and software accounting;
• Data backup;
• Anti-virus protection of workstations.

  REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to quickly respond to requests and find solutions;
  • Experience with Microsoft products at the administrator level (Windows 7-11, Active Directory, GPO, Office365);

  • Experience in configuring printers, projectors and other peripherals;
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V);
  • Work experience with network equipment and services (VPN, Wi-Fi, telephony, knowledge of the OSI model);
