Windows Engineer in Animo

We are looking for a technical specialist who will install Windows applications, prepare images for their mounting in virtual machines (VM ) and supporting processes related to software deployment. This role opens the prospect of development to the head of L1/L2 Support.

Now the team is working on a product that provides a single service for working with resource-intensive software to a simple user without strong iron.

The project is interesting for its complexity and multi-layered approach to automation. The main focus is on deploying both bare-metal servers and cloud infrastructure from scratch. This includes the integration of physical and cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and CI/CD for cloud microservices. Also an important part of the project is work with powerful GPU servers, novelties in "iron", studying technology in the graphic direction.

Main duties:

• Installing and configuring Windows applications according to technical requirements.

• Creation and optimization of Windows images for further deployment on virtual machines.

• Ensuring image compatibility with project requirements.

• Participation in configuring scripts to automate installation processes.

• Optimization of the process of creating and using images.

• Testing installed applications to ensure their functionality.

• Prompt resolution of problems related to installation or configuration.
