MAJOR TASKS AND FUNCTIONS

• Ensuring the organization and execution of construction and installation works on the site in accordance with the project documentation, the work schedule and the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
• Full responsibility for compliance with building regulations, labor protection, fire and industrial safety rules at the site.
• Organization and coordination of the work of builders, electricians, heat mechanics, electric and gas welders).
• Issue of approval orders for the performance of high-risk works.
• Organization of the admission of employees and subcontractors to the performance of works
• Ensuring compliance with the technology of work performance.
• Quality control of construction and installation works.
• Organization of the supply of materials and equipment to the facility.
• Interaction with the customer, technical supervision and control bodies.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements at the site.
• Maintenance of a complete set of executive and production documentation at the site.
• Issue of work performance logs, general work log, acts of hidden work, acts of completed work and other mandatory documentation.
• Control of project implementation deadlines.
• Ensurement proper documentary support of the construction process in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory framework.
• Control of labor discipline and organization of work on the site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher technical education (construction, heat and gas supply, energy or related fields).
• Experience of working as a foreman / manager of a construction site from 5 years.
• Experience in the implementation of objects with engineering networks (gas pipelines, heat networks, electricity).
• Ability to read project and work documentation.
• Understanding the technology of installation of energy and thermomechanical equipment.
• Readiness for daily work and constant presenceat the site.
